MDRC is conducting the Enhanced Services for the Hard-to-Employ Demonstration and Evaluation Project under a contract with the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), funded by HHS under a competitive award, Contract No. HHS-233-01-0012. The project officers are Girley Wright (ACF) and Peggy Halpern and Amy Madigan (ASPE). Additional funding has been provided by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). Group Health Cooperative, our partner organization, assisted with site development and implementation research. DataStat, a subcontractor, fielded the six-month client survey.
The findings and conclusions in this report do not necessarily represent the official positions or policies of HHS.
